TL;DR
If you're thinking about a good, proven business, acceptable everywhere in the country, by people of all political views - open a mobile cultural and catering service.
In June, picnics at the end of nursery/kindergarten/school. In summer, harvest festivals. In winter, children's birthdays in play parks. Just hurry up, because there are fewer and fewer children.

As it turns out, the end of the school year can also be commercialized. And this is even a foodtech startup idea (read on)! My older daughter was just finishing kindergarten prep, and my younger one completed her first year at nursery. In both cases, farewell parties - picnics - were organized at the very end of the school year, to which children were invited along with their parents.
Of course, such a meeting is optional and paid. But my wife and I decided that this was the first year in both a new kindergarten and nursery, so it's good to say goodbye to the rest of the peers through play. But maybe it's also a good opportunity to get to know other parents better.
I live in the countryside and I know what harvest festivals look like. The set of attractions dedicated to children during the end-of-school-year picnic was almost impossible to distinguish from the harvest festival one.
At the center is an animator for children (Because children can't play by themselves). There's a tattoo artist (This ensures that children will stand politely in line, even for half an hour). There's loud music (Thanks to this, children can scream even louder!) And there's sausage. This is actually the main attraction for parents who don't have a chance to get to know each other, so it's better if they spend this awkward silence chewing Silesian sausage.
And so it goes on for about 2-3 hours, occasionally interrupted by a speech from the headmistress or someone from outside, during which children have to stop whatever they're doing and wait for the break to end. But that's basically what school is about, I guess. At the very end, it turns out that the children didn't have a chance to play together, because every minute is organized.
My wife participated in two such events during the week. And although the age group was slightly different, the set of attractions was copy/paste.
